This SITE is UNDER CONSTRUCTION and haz some LEFTOVER TEXT from the LAYOUT BUILDER i USED.

First i need to work things out, Then I can replace all of the text with MY own. For more customization, the CSS code has comments to explain what each part changes. I WILL read through the code - even if I have no idea what it means.
